Roger Seed
Roger is Managing Director of Proseed and a farmer’s son from Buckinghamshire. He started his own consultancy business in 1999, incorporating the business as Proseed in 2005. Prior to that he worked in the agricultural supply industry as a farm business consultant and latterly a special projects manager on various corporate assignments in Western and Central Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Roger holds an MBA and BSc in Agricultural Business Management, and is extremely well networked into the region both within industry and the policy sectors. He holds membership of the British Institute of Agricultural Consultants, Chartered Management Institute and the Tourism Society, and is an Associate of the Institute of Agricultural Management.

Lisa-Marie Wooding
Lisa joined Proseed Consulting Ltd in October 2005 having been previously self-employed. Lisa has particular skills in business planning, grant applications and market research, and is a farmer’s daughter from Essex.
Lisa holds a degree in Agriculture and Land Management from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester. She began her career with DEFRA, working as a Rural Development Advisor in the Eastern Region, assessing grant applications for RES (Rural Enterprise Scheme), VTS (Vocational Training Scheme) & PMG (Processing & Marketing Grant).
Lisa is an England International Hockey Player and is committed to achieving a place in the hockey squad for the 2008 Olympics in Beijing.
